Welcome to Saloneom. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Service Usage
Saloneom is a platform designed strictly for legitimate service-based businesses such as barbershops, hair salons, spas, and beauty clinics to manage appointments and clients.
3. Prohibited Activities & Zero Tolerance Policy
You agree strictly NOT to use the Saloneom platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for the following:
- Illegal Streaming Services: Selling IPTV subscriptions, card sharing, or any pirated content disguised as service bookings.
- Illicit Goods: Sale of drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or any controlled substances.
- Fraudulent Activities: Money laundering, phishing, or using the booking system to mask illegal transactions.
- Adult Content: Solicitation of adult services or any sexually explicit content.
Automated Detection & Immediate Ban
Our system employs advanced automated robots and AI algorithms that continuously scan accounts, service names, and descriptions for illegal keywords (e.g., IPTV, m3u, drugs).
Any account found violating these terms will be permanently banned immediately without prior notice and without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
4. Payments and Refunds
Saloneom offers a free trial. After the trial, subscription fees apply. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law. If your account is terminated due to violation of Section 3 (Prohibited Activities), you forfeit any remaining subscription time.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
